1. Commitment to Confidentiality

Quantum Financial Intelligence ("QFi", "we", "our"), operated under Republic of Good People LLC (d/b/a Quantum Financial Consultants), provides specialized financial advisory, operational due diligence, and post-merger integration services to Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio entities. Given the highly sensitive nature of deal flow, Quality of Earnings (QoE), and internal financial telemetry, we enforce strict zero-trust data segregation standards.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly through voluntary inquiries, diagnostic assessments, and platform authentication:

• Contact & Identification Data: Full name, corporate email address (@sponsorfund.com / @portco.com), professional role, and phone number.
• Engagement Telemetry: Portco annual revenue tier, transaction stage, current ERP environment, and transaction urgency metrics submitted via our interactive diagnostic tools.
• Single Sign-On (SSO) Authentication: Secure OAuth tokens and Google Workspace profile credentials restricted strictly to authorized corporate email domains.
• Attribution Data: Standard campaign identifiers (UTM source, medium, campaign parameters) collected solely for campaign measurement and inbound lead routing.

3. Mutual Non-Disclosure & Information Governance

All proprietary portfolio telemetry, transaction data, general ledger records, and customer accounts exchanged during our engagements are governed by bespoke bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We never sell, lease, or monetize client or prospect data under any circumstance.

4. Data Storage & Encryption

Client portal and platform data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest utilizing AES-256 standards. Cloud infrastructure is isolated in SOC 2 Type II compliant tier-4 data centers with automated session invalidation and role-based access control (RBAC).
